Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information.

Organization creators and administrators are responsible for all content and activity within their organizations. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

The platform charges a service fee on player entry fees processed through our payment system. Organizations receive the remaining amount after the platform fee is deducted. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Refund requests for entry fees should be directed to the respective organization administrator. We are not responsible for disputes between organizations and their members regarding payments.

You retain ownership of content you create on TournamentLens. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You are solely responsible for any content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

You agree not to: (a) create fake or misleading accounts; (b) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform; (c) attempt to access other users’ accounts; (d) interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation; (e) use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; (f) transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (g) harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

TournamentLens, including its design, logos, features, and underlying technology, is the property of Capy Software LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Our platform integrates with third-party services for payment processing, hosting, and other functions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, nor for any loss or damage caused by your use of them.

TournamentLens is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. During the beta period, the platform is under active development and data may be modified or deleted at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Capy Software LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use TournamentLens. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capy Software LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tournamentlens.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Capy Software LLC regarding your use of TournamentLens and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
